Free shipping on orders over $100 is only applicable on in stock merchandise shipping to the continental US. All other orders over $100 will be eligible for a shipping discount, but not Free Shipping. Please contact us for discounted shipping adjustment if your order contains special order items or is shipping outside the continental US.
UNITED STATES:
We ship quickly...normally within 24 business hours. Your orders may ship in different packages, from several different locations, depending on where we have them warehoused. Some items may come in packaging with contents revealed. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
INTERNATIONAL:
Please email us for quote. Not all items can be shipped internationally...please email us to see if we can accommodate your request. Shipping will NOT be automatically calculated at checkout...please do not send payment until complete total is sent to you.
Special Orders
Some of the items may ship directly from the manufacturer to save you shipping costs. Therefore, shipping carriers for these items will vary. Receipt of these items could take 1 to 3 weeks. Also, most special orders can only be shipped to the United States. International customers will need in inquire on whether we can make arrangements to ship a specific special order product to your country.
We stay in close contact with the manufacturers / distributors of our special order items and try to keep our selection updated when items arebackordered or discontinued. However, as much as we strive to keep up to date, sometimes we will encounter a backorder status when we place your special order. If that occurs, we will contact you and give you the choice of waiting for the item to be available or receiving an immediate refund. You are also welcome to email us to request that we double check availability before you order, if you prefer.
Since special order items are not items we normally keep in stock, we cannot accept returns on these items. Of course, if the item received has been filled incorrectly or is damaged, we will make that right.
Return Policy
We strive to describe our products in as much detail as possible to ensure your satisfaction upon receipt. Upon the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us within 14 days from date of shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (Special Orders may not be returned) Items must be received by us in their ORIGINAL UN-USED CONDITION. Please package securely and insure your return package to ensure a safe arrival...we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. Include a note with the RMA#, reason for return and whether you are requesting a replacement, store credit or refund. Refund amount will be for purchase price...shipping charges either way are non-refundable.
Damage, defective or items shipped in error MUST be claimed within 5 days of receipt of package for proper handling. We cannot be responsible for claims made after 5 days of receipt.
Any warranties offered by the manufacturer should be handled directly with the manufacturer as described in their warranty.
